a decent stay overall

i stayed for a few days, and the staff was very polite. there was fresh water provided every day. the rooms were cleaned every day if requested, i think.
The location was not very central. It required a tram ride to get to the city center. i had to rely on scooters and taxis when i needed transportation? it was inconvenient because of the distance from everything.

I stayed in a superior double room. The room was spacious. The architecture of the building is clever. I enjoyed access to four restaurants offering various cuisines.
The reception staff requires more training. One staff member seemed unwelcoming. The hotel is located far from the center. The surrounding area lacks attractions. I found that the hotel does not always acknowledge or reward Accor platinum or gold members.

my room had a comfortable king suite sofa the cleanliness was noticeable i found fresh towels each day the breakfast offered a lot of choices something for everyone
the hotel is not centrally located this required tram rides into the city i found this took about 15 minutes the room lacked an iron this meant a trip to the ironing room the ironing room did not look clean
